Active fun for 5-10s
Our aim is to create a fantastic week of fun and activity in a friendly, positive environment. Children get to make friends with others their age, interact positively with older children and learn from our staff. Competitions, chants, challenges and theme days mean a Kids Camp week is the most fun, action packed week of the holidays!
Great Activities
Experiencing new sports and activities is made easy by our friendly and professional coaches. Our age-tailored coaching sessions create lots of opportunity for children to try out new skills and develop at their own pace. Highly Qualified Staff Teams
Our staff teams are selected for their ability to build a great camp atmosphere while encouraging each child to reach their potential. Our managers are qualified PE teachers with at least 2 years teaching experience, our swimming teachers are qualified with life-guard certification and we employ qualified play leaders to work specifically with our 4-6 year olds.
Skills for life
For our youngest members learning through play is the name of the game. Our bright and tactile equipment is specially designed for little hands, enabling children to learn core skills that last for life. Our play leaders are qualified in childcare and feel passionate about creating a positive learning environment for children to achieve their full potential. Whether it’s learning new skills or building their confidence our coaches tailor each session to children’s individual development. We can accept children from 4yrs old for mornings-only and from 5yrs old for all our programmes.
Theme day madness
Theme days are a brilliant way to let children express themselves creatively. From weekly themes to dress up days, house challenges to themed coach challenges - years of experience has taught us that it's these additional activities that make our kids camps special.
The healthy way to play
Kids Camp is the healthy option. Exercise should be fun and a healthy lifestyle must be enjoyable if it's to last. At Kids Camp, children learn about how their bodies change during exercise, the benefits of a balanced diet and how to adopt an enjoyable, healthy lifestyle.
Make a splash in the pool. Our great swimming programme is available at nearly all of our venues. Whether it's the enjoyment of our pure fun sessions or the opportunity to improve their technique by working towards awards, children develop water confidence skills while enjoying activities such as water polo, snorkelling, life-saving and aqua aerobics.
We are delighted
with the Children's Club on
the QM2 and has been a
major success story both in
terms of the staff and
programme. I think it is fair
to say eveyrone at Kings
has done an outstanding job
in making this work so well

Behind the scenes
King's Camps are run by the King's Foundation, a children's educational charity. We provide thousands of free places on sports programmes in developing countries as well as providing expertise to well known organisations like Eurocamp, P&O and Cunard Cruise Lines.
Safe and secure
King’s Camps have repeatedly gained the RoSPA Gold Award – another sign of our commitment to providing families with complete peace of mind. Not only do we have Gold standard certification, but we’re Ofsted registered and a member of BAHA (The British Activity Holiday Association). Our camps are inspected to ensure they meet the very highest safety standards.
I know that
children attending Kings
Camps will enjoy the thrills and
benefits that sport brings, while
making new friends and enjoying
a great holiday camp.
